• Seller fee's for preparation and delivery of association disclosure packet is as follows:
• 1. $100 for unit/lot inspection fee (required)
• 2. $100 for hard copy of report
• 3. $150 for two hard copies of report
• 4. $50 for RUSH SERVICE (5 day delivery)
• Post closing fee's: Charged to purchaser of property (collected at settlement) for the purpose of establishing purchaser as owner of property in records of association $50.00
