No matter where you are, either at home or traveling, Landmark Property Services, Inc. has made it easy and convenient for you to make a payment online. As a resident or former resident, you are able to go to your community’s ActiveBuilding website and conveniently pay rent and utilities. When you use eCheck, there is only a $1.95 fee and you can set this up to be taken out of your account automatically each month. You may also pay by credit card with a 2.95% fee.
